I finally got around to watching Finding Dory and the cute short film Piper. Disney just goes to prove that you don't know what you're capable of until you try. The Singapore Women's Weekly website has 10 life lessons to learn from the film:

Sharon Witt is an Australian teacher, speaker and author. Her book, Surviving High School is ideal for students starting high school but may be useful for all high school students. She covers topics such as setting goals and getting organised to making friends and bullying. There are stories from students who have survived high school, tips from celebrities, quotes and Sharon's own expertise. The Seven Minute workout app available from the App Store and Google Play. There are voice cues and instructions on how to do each exercise properly.
