I love this Girls Make Your Move by the Department of Health. You don't have to look good in Lycra to exercise. In fact, if you don't look good in Lycra, you probably need to exercise more. You don't have to be athletic or o-ordinated even. There's a sport out there for everyone.
Autumn is here and Winter is just around the corner. I'm loving this look from Sportsgirl. I love Denim jackets - they go with everything! Skirts and boots are also one of my favourite looks.
