I've just returned from Thailand and absolutely love curry. This Thai green chicken curry is easy and inexpensive to make. If you want it hotter add more curry paste. If you don't want it too hot, don't add the chilli seeds to the chilli garnish. You can find the full recipe here.
Invite some friends, buy some ingredients and make your own pizzas. You can invent your own combinations. Here are some suggested supplies:
Pizza bases (Turkish bread and naan bread also work well)
Baby spinach or rocket
Fresh or sun-dried tomatoes
Fresh or roasted capsicum
Pepperoni, salami, chorizzo
Bacon or ham

Bruschetta makes a healthy and light lunch or afternoon snack. The Heart Foundation also has a healthy recipe for bruschetta.
There's nothing like a cup of hot chocolate to warm you up on a cold winter's day. Here is Jamie Oliver's recipe for hot chocolate. I like to add a couple of squares of dark chocolate to make it extra rich and chocolatey. Stir it until it melts and enjoy. Marshmallows are optional.
Here's the written recipe for Easy Fried Rice. I like to add a bit of sweet chilli sauce for a bit of a kick. You can also add corn, diced capsicum, roast chicken...the sky is the limit. You can buy microwave rice sachets to make this recipe even easier or use brown rice to be even healthier.
