Perth father, Rod Bridge, is on a mission to educate young people about the dangers of synthetic drugs.  In 2014, his 16 year old son, Preston, was celebrating after his school formal. He took a $2 synthetic LSD tablet purchased online. Under its hallucinogenic effects, he jumped from a balcony and two days later, died.  Rod has started a drug education program called Side Effect. Don't put your parents through what the Bridges had to suffer - no high is worth the risk. These drugs are incredibly powerful and dangerous and you never know what is in them. I always crave warm chocolatey goodness in Winter.  These Fudgy brownie cupcakes are a healthier option from the I Quit Sugar website. Rice malt syrup is used instead of sugar (you can buy this in the health food section of your supermarket. I think they are also gluten free.

The Seven Minute workout app available from the App Store and Google Play.  There are voice cues and instructions on how to do each exercise properly.  Each exercise is repeated for 30 seconds with 10 second breaks in between.  It is absolutely free but you can purchase other workouts.
