Beauty Redefined is a not for profit organisation started by two American sisters, Lindsay and Lexie, who studied media and body image. Their website and Facebook pages are aimed at helping girls and women develop a positive body image and to recognise, reject and resist harmful messages about women in the media.  Check it out!

Bella Rae is a new magazine whose motto is value, beauty and purpose.  It is for teens and young women and promotes real stories, real people and real issues.  I read the first issue from cover to cover and loved it.  Issue 2 is available now.
