The latest issue of Teen Breathe magazine has a great article on the overwhelm we can feel from exposure to the news. It's Mental Health Week. Headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation that provides early intervention and support to 12-25 year-olds. Their website is full of information, articles and interactive activities. You can find them at https://headspace.org.au.

Self-harm is an unhealthy coping mechanism. If you, or someone you know, struggles with self harm, there is help available. You can see your family doctor who will refer you to the appropriate services. There are also helplines, websites and apps that can help.
