The Teen Breathe 52 Week Inspirational Planner is exactly that - inspirational. As well as being a planner, it has biographies of amazing women, areas to journal or write notes, thought provoking writing prompts and pull out stickers and crafts. You can buy the planner for $19.95 at most grocery stores and newsagents. It would make a great gift.

If you are completely disorganised, or completely broke, here is a great Father's Day gift idea. You can print out these Dad Tickets from Nellie Design and write favours for your Dad that will really mean something to him. If you don't like these vouchers, you can find other designs at The Spruce Crafts website. Here are some examples of favours:
  • Breakfast in bed
  • Mow the lawn
  • Help in the garden for an hour
  • Wash the dog
  • Watch the footy with you
  • Bake you a cake or batch of biscuits
  • Go out for coffee or ice cream
  • Go for a bike ride
  • Play a board game
These things should be tasks that you don't normally do. Dad will be doubly happy for the help and the company.

I made this cute Mother's Day gift with a $2 photo frame from K-Mart. I took out the glass and put in some black card then attached some string and wooden pegs (also from K-Mart). You can either handwrite your own quote or print it out on the computer. I cheated and used Word to print mine on some scrap paper from K-Mart.

You can find the recipe for this super-easy peanut butter fudge slice on the Donna Hay website. There's only four ingredients and no refined sugar. It would make a great Christmas gift or an after school snack.

If you live in Australia, you probably have everything that you need - a good education, clothes, a house to live in, clean water and food to eat. Millions of people go without these necessities around the world. This Christmas, instead of giving more stuff that we don't really need, why don't you give a useful gift. TEAR Australia is an aid organisation whose Build a Village campaign allows you to purchase useful things for poor villages such as chickens, education supplies, a garden etc. You can print and colour a model to give to your friends and family this Christmas.
