A jigsaw is a great way to take a break from your screens, spend some time with friends or family and relax. I have a weakness for Disney jigsaws. Did you know you can borrow jigsaws from your local library?

Rae Johnston went from being a couch potato to a wonder woman. She said that it's important to find an exercise that you love and she loved hiking. Here are some reasons why:
  1. It can be social - you can hike with friends or family
  2. It's not expensive - all you need is a decent pair of shoes, sunscreen, hat and water bottle
  3. You feel like you've taken a mini holiday because you got away from your usual surroundings
  4. It's accessible - you can get there by bus or train (or on foot)
  5. You can set your own difficulty level - you can walk for an hour or all day, on flat ground or up a hill.
You can find out more about Rae Johnston and her journey at www.lifehacker.com.au.

Surf Life Saving Australia performs 10,000 rescues each year (www.news.com.au). If you do find yourself stuck in a rip, here is what to do.

Many wore black to this year's Golden Globe Awards to stand against the abuse and mistreatment of women in Hollywood and around the world. It is not ok for boys and men to abuse and mistreat women and girls. You can speak out and we can change this culture that has existed for way too long.
