It's footy season here in Australia at the moment. If there weren't goal posts in footy the game would be a bit boring a pointless. Just like in life, if you have no goals or something to aim for, you might end up wandering about with no purpose. Goals don't have to be high and lofty, they can be simple like:
- Achieving C grades of above at school
- Making the school basketball team
- Doing an hour of revision each weeknight
- Eating less sugar
- Going for a half hour walk each day
- Finishing your assignment this weekend.
