I know it doesn't feel like it at the time, but you'll get over it.  Love this song by Oh Wonder.

You might have heard Alessia Cara's song, Here, on the radio. Check out this one, Scars to Your Beautiful.  Here are the lyrics for the chorus:
There's a hope that's waiting for you in the dark
You should know you're beautiful just the way you are
And you don't have to change a thing
The world could change its heart
No scars to your beautiful, we're stars and we're beautiful.

We are often our harshest critics and should give ourselves a break.  Jess Glynne says it best...

The lyrics say it all. Go easy on the cherry wine though.

Here's some new music from Macklemore, Ryan Lewis and Ed Sheeran.  There's some good advice plus a timely reminder that your parents are still growing up too.

Alessia Cara performed her song, Here, at the 2015 TEDx Teen Conference.  I love her take on the party scene.

This is for all you girls who are on Struggle Street - struggling with school and exams, having a difficult time with your family, ditched by your friends, dumped by your boyfriend or just down in the dumps.  This song always lifts my mood.
