The Kid's Helpline website has some helpful information about exam stress. I like their idea to give yourself mini rewards once you achieve your study goals, such as watching an episode of your favourite Television show or going for a run. I see running as a form of torture so I'd be going for a walk.

It's National OCD & Anxiety Disorders Week. My daughter was diagnosed with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder when she was eight years old. We were fortunate enough to be put in touch with a great child psychiatrist and clinical psychologist. Through medication and therapy she now leads a normal life. Everyone feels anxious at times but if you feel anxious all the time you should get help. Headspace has some information about anxiety and can help you get professional help.
