According to the Lovable website, 80% of women are wearing the wrong size bra. They have an online bra size calculator - (oops, the calculator has been removed from the Lovable website but you can find other useful fitting information here). There is also a page on Bra Fitting Myths, for example, wearing a bra is meant to hurt me - if it hurts, it's the wrong size.
