I have recently cut out gluten and have a much happier gut as a result. I adapted my favourite muffin recipe so that I could enjoy delicious, home-baked gluten free snacks. I'm also lactose intolerant so I used lactose free milk. Enjoy!

I made these gorgeous Sugar cookies last week. They are cute and delicious. The deer shape was quite tricky but you could make Christmas trees, stars or other shaped cookies. They would also make a great homemade Christmas gift.

These are super easy to make. They are also healthy depending on how much sugar is in your granola. They need to be refrigerated and contain peanuts so probably best not to take them to school. They make a great after school snack though.
