Ask Me Anything is a fantastic book by Rebecca Sparrow. Rebecca is an author and columnist on mamamia.com.au. She openly and honestly tackles all kinds of questions in this book like "how do you know if your friends really like you?" and "how can I feel closer to my mum who died?" If she doesn't have an answer, she finds someone who does. I highly recommend it and can't wait to read her other books, Find Your Tribe and Find Your Feet.

I've just finished reading Girl Online by UK Youtube sensation, Zoe Sugg, AKA Zoella. While it's a bit cheesy and there was some furore over the fact that it was actually written by a ghost writer, it had some good messages about your online presence. I love this quote from the book, "Next time you go to post a comment or an update or share a link, ask yourself: is this going to add to the happiness in the world?"

Every teen should read this book. Every adult should probably read it too. It is one of the easiest books I've ever read and one of the most useful too. Author, Andrew Matthews, says that we should play mental movies of ourselves succeeding at things in our head. For example, instead of saying, "I can't speak in public," imagine yourself giving a confident speech. Matthews also explained that we should use positive affirmations like "I will remember my lines," instead of "I will not forget my lines." You can buy the book at Andrew Matthews' website here in either paperback or ebook format.

I've just finished reading Love Tanya by UK vlogger and makeup artist Tanya Burr. Tanya began her working life on a cosmetics counter and started posting YouTube tutorials. She now has her own cosmetics range, a YouTube channel with nearly 3 million subscribers, a book and 1.7 million Instagram followers. Her book is part autobiography, part beauty guide, part life coach and part diary with sections for you to fill in. In the book Tanya shared her journey with anxiety and how she has learnt to overcome it. I loved it!
