I've been reading You Are Awesome: Find your confidence and dare to be brilliant at (almost) anything by Matthew Syed. Matthew was a champion British table tennis player - he played at the Olympics. He describes what it takes to be great at something (the right attitude and a lot of work) and how to do it. The book is easy to read and entertaining.  I absolutely loved it - it is a must read for all kids and teenagers.
