This gift idea is so easy and pretty cheap. I washed an empty tomato tin and punctured a couple of holes in the bottom for drainage with a hammer and nail. Then I covered it in blackboard contact from K-Mart and wrote a corny label in chalk pen. The good thing is it's chalk so if you mess it up you can just wipe it off with a damp cloth and start again. I bought the thyme at the local farmers' market but you can buy herbs at the hardware store or garden centre. I love a good pun and couldn't resist this one!

These would make a great gift and are an awesome way to recycle paper. A great holiday project or gift idea. What most parents and grandparents want is quality time with their kids and grandkids. Here are some printable Christmas Coupons (link below) for your family members (including some blank ones) for activities that are free or cheap and involve spending quality time with them.
Christmas is a month away so I thought I would share some gift ideas that are under $10. These would be great for your friends. Manicure/pedicure jar - Total cost $8 Jar - $1 from Big W Nail polish - $1 each from K-Mart (I bought a pack of eight for $8) Hand cream and nail file and buff set - $4 on sale from Priceline Nail polish remover wipes - $1 from K-Mart Stationery jar - Total cost $9 Jar - $1 from Big W Sticky notes - $2 from K-Mart Highlighters - $2 from K-Mart Coloured pens - $2 from K-Mart Chocolate or lolly jar
The price varies depending on your candy or chocolate of choice. This would look great with:

If you have forgotten Mother's Day or don't have any cash, you can download these free Mother's Day coupons. Make sure you she cashes them in. Isolation has been especially difficult for Mums - grocery shopping has become stressful because of shortages of items (and possibly a reduced family income), keeping the fridge and pantry stocked has become impossible, she has had to home school you and prevent you and your siblings from killing each other and she probably still has to go to work as well. So be extra kind to her. If you're after a Mother's Day gift idea how about this pie maker from K-Mart (just $29). Here are some tasty treats you could make for her on Mother's Day using it. Let's face it - Mother's Day is a bit of a struggle this year and your Mum probably needs pampering more than ever so why not make her these awesome spa products and give her a facial at home (if she's game). Most of the ingredients can be found in your fridge or pantry or you can find them at your local grocery store ( or chemist for the Vitamin E oil). According to www.allure.com a facial should include the following:
Here are some recipes for spa products: Oil Cleanser for dry skin - https://helloglow.co Honey and Brown Sugar Scrub - https://helloglow.co Olive Oil Lips Scrub - https://www.thewonderforest.com Honey and Oatmeal Face Mask - https://www.somewhatsimple.com Simple Homemade Moisturiser - https://livesimply.me I'm sure your Mum would be thrilled if you made just one of these products for her and put it in a nice jar for Mother's Day but if you want to go all out and make all of them - good for you! This is actually a Christmas gift idea video but they would make great Mother's Day or birthday gifts as well. A Piece of Rainbow has a tutorial on how to make a t-shirt yarn rug. This would be a great project to do over the holidays. It would also make a good Mother's Day gift. If you don't have some old t-shirts you can use you can buy some at your local Salvos or second hand store. You can also buy t-shirt yarn at craft stores. You can find the tutorial at www.apieceofrainbow.com. The are instructions on how to make the yarn as well. All you need are some old t-shirts, a hula hoop, some wool and scissors.
